This policy explains what data Zodiac (operated by HWSOLVED LLC) collects, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order data: the email you give at checkout, order and invoice details, the plan you bought and the key we issued. Payments are handled by Stripe and SellAuth; we never see or store your card number.
• License data: your key, its plan, activation and expiry time, a one-way fingerprint of your PC (a hash, not your hardware serial numbers), the IP address and time of license checks, and the program version.
• Members area data: the display name you choose, forum posts, chat messages, and gambling bets and results in Try Your Luck. Your key is never shown to other members.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic server logs, used for security and to stop abuse.
• Support data: what you write to us in tickets and the support forum.

Why we use it

To deliver and run your license, lock a key to one PC, prevent sharing and fraud, deliver updates, provide support, run the forum and chat, follow the law, and defend against chargebacks and abuse.

Sharing

We share data only with the services that run the shop and site (SellAuth, Stripe, our hosting provider), with banks and card networks to answer disputes, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

The members area uses one secure session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms. No advertising or tracking cookies. See the Cookie Notice.

Retention

We keep order and license records as long as needed for accounting, security and dispute defence, and delete or anonymise other data when it is no longer needed. Forum posts and chat are kept until deleted by staff.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may ask to see, correct or delete your data. Contact support. We may keep data we need to meet legal duties, prevent fraud or defend a payment dispute.

Security

License replies are cryptographically signed, traffic uses HTTPS and keys are stored on a protected server. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your key private.

Children

Our services are not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
