These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Zodiac, operated by HWSOLVED LLC ("Zodiac", "we", "us"). By buying a key, activating it, entering the members area or using any Zodiac software or service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not buy or use anything.

1. What we sell

Zodiac sells time-limited (or lifetime) license keys for Zodiac software ("the Software") and access to a members area (loader download, guides, forum, chat and related features). A key is a license to use the Software, not a sale of the Software itself. All software and content remain our property.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. Some features, such as Try Your Luck, may be restricted further.

3. Keys and your account

• Your key is your login. Keep it private. You are responsible for everything done with it.
• A key is locked to the first PC that activates it and may not be shared, resold (except by an approved reseller), traded or published.
• Time starts when you first activate the key, not when you buy it, and runs continuously until it ends. Time can not be paused, transferred or extended except as we offer in the shop.
• When a key expires, the Software stops working and you must buy a new key.

4. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers and the SellAuth platform. Keys are delivered automatically after payment is confirmed. All sales are final. See the Refund Policy: there are no refunds, no exchanges and no credits.

5. Risk: third-party games and anti-cheat

The Software interacts with third-party games and services that we do not control. Using it may breach the rules of those games, and may lead to bans, lost progress, lost items, hardware or account restrictions or other consequences. You use the Software entirely at your own risk. We do not promise that the Software is or will stay undetected, that any feature will keep working after a game update, or that it will work with your hardware. 6. Updates and availability

The Software updates itself automatically. We may change, add, remove or pause features, ship updates at any time, and take the service offline for maintenance or when it is needed to protect the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and downtime does not entitle you to compensation, extra time or a refund.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not: share, sell or leak keys or the Software; reverse engineer, decompile, dump, patch, crack, emulate or tamper with the Software, its license checks or its servers; bypass the PC lock or the license system; attack, scrape or overload our services; use the members area to harass others, spam, advertise other products or break the law; or help anyone do any of this.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your key, access or account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you broke these Terms, committed fraud, charged back a payment, or put the service at risk. If we end your access for breaking these Terms, you get no refund and lose any remaining time. You may stop using the Software at any time, but time already purchased is not refunded.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Zodiac, HWSOLVED LLC and its owners, staff and resellers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of accounts, items, data, profits, goodwill or hardware, however caused. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the key the claim is about.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs that result from your use of the Software, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rule.

12. Disputes and chargebacks

Contact support before you open a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback or payment dispute on a delivered digital key is a breach of these Terms: we will contest it with our records (order, delivery, activation, IP and PC data, and your acceptance of these Terms), we will end all keys tied to you, and we may refuse future sales. Any dispute not resolved by contacting us shall be settled individually, not as a class or group action.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HWSOLVED LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes rights that the law of your country gives you and that can not be waived.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Software or the members area after a change means you accept it.
