All sales are final. We do not give refunds, exchanges or credits. No matter what.

Zodiac keys are digital products. They are delivered immediately and automatically, and once a key has been issued it can not be returned or taken back. This applies to every plan (1 Day, 3 Days, 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days and Lifetime) and to every reseller sale.

Examples of things that are not refundable

• Account bans, game bans, anti-cheat actions or any other action taken by a game or platform.
• A game update, patch or anti-cheat change that breaks or limits a feature, even for a long time.
• Hardware, firmware, Windows or driver problems, or a setup that does not meet your needs.
• Change of mind, buying the wrong plan, buying by mistake or buying for the wrong person.
• Not using the time, using it less than you expected, or the key expiring.
• Lost, shared, stolen or leaked keys, and keys ended for breaking the Terms.
• Changing PC or reinstalling Windows (ask support for a PC reset; this is not a refund).
• Downtime, maintenance, slow servers or temporary outages.
• Time lost by gambling in Try Your Luck (see Try Your Luck Terms). Lost time is never restored.

Chargebacks and disputes

Because every sale is final and delivered instantly, a chargeback or payment dispute on a delivered key is treated as fraud. We will submit our evidence to your bank or card issuer (order record, automatic delivery log, key activation, IP and PC data, and your acceptance of these policies), end all keys linked to you permanently and refuse future sales.

Digital content and right of withdrawal

By paying you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and you confirm that you lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation as soon as delivery starts, to the extent the law of your country allows this. Nothing in this policy limits rights that the law gives you and that can not be waived.

Before you buy

Choose a short plan first (1 Day or 3 Days) if you want to test that it works on your setup. Read the Acceptable Use and Risk page and the Terms of Service. Buying a key means you have read and accepted them.
