Zodiac sells digital license keys only. Nothing is shipped.

• Your key is delivered automatically, usually within seconds of payment confirmation, on the order page and by email.
• If a key does not show up, open a ticket in the shop with your order number. We will resend the same key. Delivery problems are fixed, not refunded.
• Keep the order email. It is the proof of your purchase. Lost keys can be looked up by your order number.
• The loader (the program) is downloaded from the members area after you enter your key. It updates itself.
